[ITA-578] SDv2 - Unable to assign tickets to admin staff

We are currently in the process of a major revamp of SDv2 with the aim of solving a list of bugs and adding new features. Due to this we have linked all issues together into a single issue for this revamp to make sure no one is missed on the communication about the update.
Timeline for completion at the moment is aimed for end of February if not sooner, but this is not a guaranteed time frame as we want to make sure all is as perfect as we can for the release.
Once the release is done, if your issue or request still exists, please accept our apologies and please submit a new support request or feature request via https://feedback.itarian.com/ and we shall make sure we get this looked at asap.

Any ticket created in SDv2 should have the option to assign it to staff added to the ITarian platform.
Platform admins are "staff" so they should be listed to have tickets assigned to them.
Have I understood you correctly?

Robin: Correct, but sadly admin do not show up as staff or on the list at all when trying to assign the ticket.
