Improvements
  • Backend data collection for macOS devices has been enhanced using OSQuery.
Bug-Fixes
  • An issue causing the File Rating pages to fail loading has been resolved. Users can now access, and view file rating data as expected in the Portal.
  • An issue preventing SIG activation using new India-region license types has been fixed. Platform now recognizes and supports these licenses as expected.
  • An issue preventing users from proceeding to the payment screen while purchasing new subscriptions via Endpoint Manager (EM) has been resolved. Previously, users encountered an indefinite loading screen. This issue has now been fixed, and the purchase flow completes as expected.
  • A formatting issue in postpaid invoice emails has been resolved. Previously, a stray “Announcement2” label was mistakenly shown at the top of invoice emails. This text has now been removed.

Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where EDR alert emails in always included a link to the US region, causing redirection errors for users in other regions. The alert links now dynamically point to the correct region based on the user’s account location.
  • Fixed an issue where generating reports with the “Endpoint Security Status” date filter resulted in empty content. Reports now populate correctly when a date range is applied.
  • Fixed an issue where reports were showing devices only from the first page of the device group tree due to a pagination limit. Reports now load the full list of devices as expected.
  • Resolved an issue where exported CSV reports did not include all events when the data spanned multiple pages. Reports now correctly reflect all entries, not just the final page.
  • Resolved an issue where the “Block all Microsoft Office documents containing macro script” option was not retained after exporting and importing security configurations. The setting now correctly persists during configuration transfers.

  • Fixed an issue where the Containment Threats page would fail to load due to delays in file verdicts from the rating service. A timeout mechanism has been added—if verdicts take too long, the page now loads successfully with “Error” shown in the platform and Admin rating columns.
  • Resolved an issue that caused significant delays in Device Control logs appearing on the portal due to high message queue volume. Logs now display in near real-time after device enrolment.
  • Fixed an issue where the warning message for installing preview versions was displayed as a placeholder key instead of a user-friendly message during the update process.
  • Fixed an issue where an incorrect or unrelated file name was displayed in the breadcrumb and file summary section on the Contained Threats > File Info page. The file name now reflects the correct associated threat.
