Include Agent version in device list

The issue with the screenshot provided is that this is based on the Xcitium UI which shows less data than the ITarian UI.
Below is a screenshot from ITarian done on a 24" monitor set at 1920x1080, and you will see there is not much space to work with.
We are more than happy to look at different ideas to what is needed on the device list screen, and maybe we have data that needs to be removed to make space.
All comments on this are welcome.

Robin: You can always allow to see which columns are relevant for different customer of yours. For e.g. you can include all of that you have shown plus more things like agent version, AV version etc and we can chose what is convenient for us. This isn't anything different than what most UI designers would do as there is no one view that will fit the requirement of all of your customers. For me the ability to see the version of the components is more important than seeing virtual desktop, last logged in user, last activity etc. Also i do not know what sort of co-ordintation is between ITarian and Xcitium. We started off with ITarian during our pilot and by the time we purchased it became Xcitium and still called ITarian in various places. So i guess its something for you guys to figure out internally in terms of branding. Its frustrating to us also to deal with various names and logos in different places which ranges from Comodo, ITarian, Xcitium, Valkyrie etc

myr: we currently use a very old not very dynamic language for our UI.
I'm glad to say we are slowly re-writing the UI for Endpoint Manager which is made my ITarian. As part of doing this we should then be able to do as you say.
In the case of names and products....
Company: Xcitium
Old name: Comodo
Products:
- Xcitium Client Security (XCS) [Used to be Comodo Client Security (CCS)]
- Xcitium EDR
- Xcitium Verdict Cloud (Valkyrie)
(licenses are bundles of above and ITarian products)
Company: ITarian
Products:
- Endpoint Manager (RMM, MDM, SNMP)
- Service Desk
- Technology Assessment Platform (TAP)
- CRM
- Remote Desktop / Remote Control
We then have the communication agent which is called:-
- ITarian Agent (currently branded as "Endpoint Communication Client [CC]" until we rebrand it)
- Xcitium Communication Client (XCC)
In regards to starting on ITarian, I'm not sure if you did or if you had the "Classic UI" turned off for Xcitium. We are two different companies with different sales, dev and marketing, but do sell each other's products.
I hope this explains all in detail.

You'd probably find it easier to export a report to CSV if you are trying to work out which need updating?

NCT: The idea is to see the version when we are at the devices view level not necessarily from the point of knowing how many are in which version. We are currently running a procedure that gets the version and have our own dashboard for that.
