Allow to install patches in diffente languages

allow if possible to select the language of the application you want to update.

For example, every time I update thunderbirds the English version is installed and I have to manually reinstall the version in my client's language.

We are in the process of changing our backend of the patch management and will add this to the list of requirements for this.

Robin: Good, it would also be useful to add a Vulnerability column in the patch system that would show applications installed on the endpoint that have recognized vulnerabilities (by scanning them in nvd.nist.gov) but no longer have vendor updates and should therefore be uninstalled or secured in some way.
