[ITA-310] Native Powershell Support for Scripting

Please add native powershell support for creating scripts/procedures/custom monitors.
Since endpoint manager mainly supports windows devices, all I use python for is running PowerShell commands anyway so having this feature native would reduce the complexity of needing to learn and troubleshoot python code.

Dear All,
This was originally planned for 8.4.0.0 which is the quarter 4 release of 2023.
We are currently re-checking all the ETAs for items and will update all asap, but please be aware this is 100% coming due to high demand.

I agree with this. I'm currently looking at other solutions because of the absence of native PowerShell and batch. All other RMMs have this. Make it happen or I'm gone.
