INTRODUCTION
This document contains notes about the ITarian Platform release for 18 December 2024.
The release schedule will be as follows:
Platform
  • US Region - Release will start on Wednesday 18th December 2024 at 1AM EDT
  • EU Region - Release will start on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 6AM BST
Agents
  • All Regions - Release will start on Thursday 19th December 2024 at 1AM EDT
The release is expected to take 30 minutes to deploy, during that time the platform will be under maintenance mode, where you may observe minor glitches. If you observe any issues, please feel free to share with us.
ITARIAN PLATFORM
Portal (PSA)
New Features
  • CODEV-10253 – Agent Self Protection Management from Portal (XCS 12.12+ & AG 9.4+).
Improvements
  • CODEV-12874 – Upgrade export/csv microservice to newer version.
  • CODEV-12875 & CODEV-13204 – Backend improvements to data services and tracing functionalities.
  • CODEV-13390 – Added macro script detection exclusions to pre-defined profiles.
Bug-Fixes
  • Fixed an issue in the US region web portals where the “Check Xcitium Verdict Cloud Details” option was incorrectly disabled when selecting a contained threat under Security > Endpoint Security > Contained Threats.
  • Fixed an issue where the “?” character could not be added to file path exclusions under HIPS Rules > Access Name: Protected Files/Folders in Windows profiles.
