INTRODUCTION
This document contains notes about the ITarian Platform release for 18 September 2024.
The release schedule will be as follows:
Platform
- US Region - Release will start on Wednesday 18th September 2024 at 1AM EDT
  • EU Region - Release will start on Thursday 19th September 2024 at 6AM BST
Agents
- All Regions - Release will start on Thursday 19th September 2024 at 1AM EDT
The release is expected to take 30 minutes to deploy, during that time the platform will be under maintenance mode, where you may observe minor glitches. If you observe any issues, please feel free to share with us.

Portal (PSA)
Bug-Fixes
  • CODEV-11859 – 2FA SMS not sent to +44 (UK) phone numbers.
  • CODEV-12461 – Custom Reports was not always working via SSO.

  • CODEV-12074 – Fixed issue that allowed deletion of the systems inbuilt email.
  • CODEV-12070 – Fixed random issue with some tenants having SDv2 crash.
  • CODEV-12092 – Fixed issue that allowed unverified users to create tickets even when SDv2 configured not to allow this.
  • CODEV-12103 – Not all ticket status changes are saved.
  • CODEV-12416 – Authentication timeout sync issues with platform.
